Dear Passenger,

Please be informed of the following:

- You should be at airport 1-2 hours before departure to ensure smooth check-in.

- Do not throw your tickets or baggage tags until you have received all your baggage in hand upon arrival.

- Saudi Airlines do not take any responsibility of the fragile, perishable or valuable items like jewelry, electornic items such as laptops and mobile phones which are inside the checked – in baggage.

- It is not allowed to carry large electronic items, such as television, monitor as part of bagage that you are going to check – in. If you want to carry any such item kindly Cargo before you travel.

- If you do not find your baggage in the same flight on your arrival, Immediately inform it to the Baggage Sevices staff at airport before leaving the arrival lounge.

- If you see any damage on your baggage or any of its contents or if any content is missing, immediately inform it to Baggage Service staff before leaving the arrival lounge or atleast within a week of time  (7 days) after your arrival date.

- The maximum limit of Hand Baggage (Carry-on) must be of 9kg in first and business class where as 7kg in economy class cabins.  Kindly ensure that the size of the baggage does not exceed the overhead compartment capacity.
- You are not allowed to carry any compressed and liquid materials in checked-in as well as carry-on baggage.
- Do not forget to label your name and phone numbers to the inside and outside of your hand baggage.
- Please do not put any valuable items or important documents inside the baggage that are going to be checked-in.
- Before checking-in the baggage kindly ensure that it is secured by a lock or key lock.
- Recognise your baggage with the help of the tag numbers, name and phone number rather than type or color.
