They are kindly requested to visit Saudi Arabian Airlines website at www.saudiairlines.com and follow the following steps:

• Click more options

• Login to your account by supplying your username and password

• Click on Trip Planner

• View the booking that you wish to cancel and click on View

• Press on Cancel button which located at the bottom of the page

• You may prevent a person who is in urgent need of that seat from traveling

• Your return flight reservation will automatically be cancelled

• The airline will lose that seat as the flight will leave with a vacant seat for quick assistance, you may contact our reservation services

Note: canceling the booking by calling the call center will cancel the booking only. Thus to cancel the payment process and refund the money, you have to follow the above mentioned steps.
