Saudi Airlines Bad treatment with south Asians

Hi ,(make the video when you see any misbehave from saudi airlines and put it on youtube)

As we know that the Saudi Arabia air ports are bad in the world by treating people specially treating people from south Asian countries .Now days there is so much rush at air ports for because of Vacations .and I see many times at Saudi airlines “check in ” counters the Saudi Air lines staff misbehave very badly .We have seen many times that they shout ,push even hit them,through luggage like treating them as animals ,All other countries where there is so much rush but there is not such thing what we find in Saudi Arabia.If the passenger is labor or illiterate he should be treated as respected passenger same as others .they pay to Saudi Airlines but by them they treated like criminals,

Yesterday there was a departure flight from Riyadh and delhi,hyderabad,karachi,dhaka and bombay were on the same time and there was so much rush at the counters of Saudi airlines ,instead of quickly processing they were very slow and the staff was shouting to the people and one of the member of Saudi airlines come out side the counter and pushing people and shouting on them as the police do on the criminals .

only at the Saudi Airports people feel that they are criminals .Saudi airlines should change the behaviors .

Please protest to the Saudi Airlines authority for this behavior .If you do not care about self respect no one will respect you .and the basic respect should be more then money .

If any one see at the air ports just take the snap shot or capture the film from your mobile camera and put this on youtube so the world would see their face

  2. i think there are two chances of the Saudia improving their standard of service. i am not suprised by what you have reported in the slightest and it is appaling but hey, thats the Kingdom and it’s people for you…….

  5. And not just the Middle East. I heard that, several years ago, following a missed connection in Moscow on a UK-India flight, the British citizens were put up in an airport hotel, the Indian citizens were made to wait in the airport.

I agree a hundred times with this observation, its not only bad but even the service had gone verrrrrrrrrrrry bad, years before, we use to brag how we enjoyed the flight with Saudia airlines but as years go by, complaints doubles every time we travel with this airline, since we don’t have any choice becoz the gov’t pays for our plane tickets. before , we use to enjoy the food but now, if you are seated in the tail end of the plane, there is no more fish, chicken or beef? they will just give you what is left. no more socks, soap and pillows are not changed. well this is how they treat economy passengers. Even for reservations, they will give positive confirmation of your flight but when 2 or 3 days before the flight suddenly you be in the waiting list.Another thing, When we arrive in jeddah, overseas workers (asian) they are kept in a room where we feel we are like prisoners.. the immigration officer will say.. hurry… sit… come… sit…hurry…sit and they take our passports as if we will escape. This Saudia flight nowadays had given us shivers instead of happy moments of travel. I wish before I retire, they will improve their services… i hope to have an enjoyable travel this year when I go for vacation…

  7. it is true, the behaviour of ground staff towards the asian passengers are very bad. First of all even in the peak season, even there may be 10 counters, but staffed with hardly 2 or 3 and even they dont sit on their seat to handle passengers. More over the behaviour of passengers to these sectors are also bad, as they are wasting the time of officers at the counter by bargaining to reduce excess baggage charges and many times, instead of paying extra luggage, taking out the luggage, and reducing the weight. These all also affect the officers time. Saudi airlines should train their staff to handle the passengers in a better way, by sending them to crowded airports, like dubai - where a lot of flights are comfortably operating to asian countries with the labour class of passengers.

    If you look at the other section, which is open for flights operating to European sector, you will find comfortable. Less crowded, nice treatment and you dont have to wait longer than 10 minutes to check in even in the peak seaons.

    However, one thing we should appreciate saudi airlines - there timings are prompt for both departure and arrival.

    This is due to drug smuggling which is very common from countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh. By delaying their passports processing, smugglers tend to go to toilets so ften that undercover police can notice. It doesn’t mean all south asians are bad.
